Sea bass is a semi-fat white fish that contains proteins of high biological value. At Los Peperetes we process this prized fish fresh, with the strictest care, eliminating bones and skin by hand until the loins are meticulously cleaned. We apply a light cooking to achieve the desired tenderness and then we pack the loins neatly in the can to be watered with olive oil with a light touch of garlic before closing the can. With this careful process we achieve a very tender and pleasant texture in the mouth, with a delicate and exquisite flavor that has conquered everyone who has tasted it.
