Sanlúcar de Barrameda sits at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and receives Atlantic breezes from the ocean. Its microclimate impregnates the yeasts that grow on the surface of the manzanilla with an unusual sea salt character. Selected for its delicacy, this manzanilla is aged under "flor" in American oak barrels for 5 years and bottled without any treatment.
