This Monastrell red wine has been produced in the unique environment of Paraje de la Raja, located south of Jumilla. The variety of soils, coupled with the dryness, altitude and thermal amplitude, softened by the influence of the Mediterranean climate, give a greater ripeness to the Monastrell grape.
It presents notes of balsamic and menthol, accompanied by red fruits such as cherry or plum, with a spark of acidity and freshness on the finish.
The Machoman wine is 100% Mediterranean and unique.
With a finish of its own
With a finish typical of great wines, the Machoman Monastrell wine spends six months in French oak barrels, through Italian clay amphorae, to finally remain in reductive aging in the cellar until refining for about a year
