Pan Do Mar's Mackerel and Spicy Pepper Pâté is a product made with sustainably caught mackerel, spicy pepper, and other natural ingredients, with no preservatives or artificial additives. The mackerel and spicy pepper pâté is made with mackerel cooked slowly over low heat and then mixed with extra virgin olive oil, spicy pepper, lemon, garlic, and spices, resulting in a product with an intense and spicy flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in various dishes, such as appetizers, canapés, among others. It is a healthy and nutritious option, as mackerel is an important source of proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins, such as vitamin D.
