This magnesium-based food supplement contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. How to use:

Take 2 tablets a day. Average content per daily dose of 2 tablets (1.5 g): magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV*). POWDER: take 1 teaspoon twice a day. Average content per daily dose of 2 teaspoons (1.2 g): magnesium 380 mg (101% NRV*).
