• By storing the fruit in a cool place, dragon fruit can last up to 2 weeks, while mangoes can last up to three weeks. If you store the fruit in the refrigerator, you can naturally delay the ripening process, preserving the fruit for longer.
• Our mangoes are climacteric fruits; they continue to ripen at your home after harvest until they reach their optimal point for consumption.

Where Does Our Fruit Come From?
We can proudly say that the fruit in our packs and mixes comes from our family farm, Peña Alta. Both our citrus and tropical fruits are grown in the environment of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park. This location provides us with the ideal geographical and climatic characteristics for cultivation, offering natural protection against the cold northern winds.

For more than three decades, we have been growing oranges on our land, but a few years ago, we decided to make a change in our harvest and also bet on tropical cultivation. We were pioneers in sustainably growing avocados in our region.

Our crops vary depending on the time of year, and you can find dragon fruit, Bacon avocados, Valencian oranges, clementines, grapefruits, Hass avocados, Lamb Hass avocados, lemons, and Osteen mangoes.
