Very dry and very floral. Aged under a veil of flor in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in a humid microclimate under the influence of the sea breeze from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, which marks its extremely dry, light and pungent character. A unique manzanilla in the Jerez region that year after year has won the highest accolades in the most prestigious international wine competitions. The origin of the name Papirusa is Argentinian and means "beautiful and elegant", and was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave to the daughter of the manager of Bodegas Lustau in the 40s
Brilliant yellow color, with golden reflections. Aromas of chamomile, sea breeze and green apple, with hints of hay and fennel.
