Made from the sap of wild maples. The sap is collected through taps deposited in the bark of each tree and carry a feedback system where the sap is concentrated.
Then it goes through a process of evaporation, packaging and sealing immediately. Normally maples are found in North America and Canada.
Grade C means that it contains a high level of calcium, zinc, manganese and iron by its collection system.
Packaged in glass bottle and plastic cap.
Use:
Sweetener.

Store in a cool, dry place.
