Mara Moura is made from a selection of high-altitude godello vineyards from the D.O. Monterrei, with schist soils. It undergoes alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures and bâtonnage twice a week to keep the lees in suspension, providing richness and complexity to the wine. Mara is born in the heart of Monterrei, carrying the essence of inland Galicia: freshness and serenity. Mara takes you by the hand to a brilliant autumn.
