MARA MOURA MONTERREI 2021

With the aim of achieving aromatic complexity and greater freshness. Mara Moura is made from a selection of high altitude godello d vineyards in the D.O. Monterrei, with schist soils. It undergoes alcoholic fermentation at low temperature and bâtonnage twice a week to keep the lees in suspension, so that they provide sumptuosity and complexity to the wine.

Tasting: Mara Moura is yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright. In nose predominate aromas loaded with minerality, balsamic notes and floral fragrances. Its entry in mouth is powerful, with a fresh sensation, good structure and balance
