The Cava María Miralles Brut Reserva withD.O Cava, produced by the winery Ferré i Catasús  is made from Macabeu, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes. After a vinification of the varieties separately with vines of 30 to 50 years and aging in bottle for a minimum of 18 months results in a cava with straw color and golden hues
