MARIN of Strait Mist

Bodega Viña Elena, presents a new and ambitious project that encompasses the different behavior of the Monastrell grape depending on the soil, orientation and planting frame, to achieve delicate, fresh and dynamic wines.

Bruma del Estrecho Marín, is the first wine of this project and demonstrates how Monastrell behaves in the southernmost area of the Jumilla D.O., in the area called Estrecho de Marín. It is the warmest and driest area of the D.O.

The vines of this wine are on the slopes of the valley that divides the mountains Rajica de Enmedio and Solana Sopalmo.

The eastern plots, more shady, bring freshness, minerality and elegance. Those in the west, with more hours of sunshine, bring maturity and warmth.

A great project and great wines with a tight price.
