Martí Fabra Vinyes Velles The grapes for this wine come from traditional varieties of Empordà, such as Garnacha and Cariñena. These grapes are carefully selected from the oldest vineyards on the estate just at the time of harvest. With ages ranging between 50 and 80 years old. Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests for 12 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop its complexity and distinctive character before being bottled. This aging process in barrel brings notes of wood and enriches the structure of the wine.
