Variety of grape used is 70% Verdejo and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.
It belongs to Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla.
It has an excellent balance, fresh and fruity. It stands out for its personality and complexity. In the process of elaboration of Mazacruz Blanco, negative manual harvesting is performed to remove clusters that have not reached an excellent quality. After mechanical harvesting at night, taking advantage of the hours of lower temperature, in order to avoid oxidation and preserve the primary aromas, cold maceration is carried out.
Tasting notes on the Mazacruz White Wine:
In view boasts a straw yellow color with greenish glints that give it a bright appearance
On the nose it has complex aromas, with good balance between stone fruit and creamy notes that come from barrel aging.
On the palate it has a good entry, very long and with volume.
The alcoholic graduation of Mazacruz White Wine is 13.5%.
The ideal temperature to serve this wine is 10ºC and 12ºC.
