MELANOCTINA SUBLINGUAL SPRAY 30ML Dietary supplement based on high concentration pure melatonin (1.9 mg of melatonin) with a pleasant lemon aroma in a convenient sublingual spray applicator, which improves its assimilation to help sleep. INGREDIENTS: Water, Fructose, Flavor (lemon), Melatonin, Thickener (xanthan gum), Acidity regulator (citric acid), Preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate) DIRECTIONS: For adults, take 6 sprays (0.6 ml = 1.9 mg of melatonin), half an hour before going to sleep. For children over 3 years old: administer between 1 spray (0.1 ml = 0.32 mg of melatonin) and 3 sprays (0.3 ml = 0.95 mg of melatonin). To help fall asleep, it is recommended to take this product at the same time every day. In case of nighttime awakenings, 2 additional sprays can be reapplied during the night.
