INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Melatonin 1mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) 174.05 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) 174.05 mg, Vegetable gelatine.100 mg INDICATIONS: Improves the symptoms of jet lag (fatigue, insomnia, headaches, irritability, decreased immunity and difficulty falling asleep. Increases the quality of sleep. Mild hypotensive, sedative and muscle relaxant. It has antioxidant activity.
