• Acidic profile, with a mild fruity aroma followed by smoke and tartness. Sweet and fruity palate with a long and dry finish.

• Pairs well with soft and creamy cheeses, fatty meats such as roasted stuffed pork or duck, or with a side of acidic fruits or raisins.
