The Mezcal Tres Tribus Cuxe is exclusively made from 100% Agave Cuishe, harvested wild and aged on average 6 to 8 years in the ground.

For the production of this mezcal, an artisanal method is used: it is cooked in a conical earth oven with oak and ground with a crushing mill. Next, it is fermented in underground wooden vats with wild yeast and spring water from the San Pedro Tidaá source, with double distillation in copper stills.
