Located in the heart of the Basque Country in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry, the Irouleguy de Mignaberry vineyard offers intense and tasty wines. This rosé with its salmon pink colour and brilliant reflections is well proportioned and has a tender and greedy structure. The nose presents a beautiful harmony between fruity notes such as cherry and peach as well as elegant floral nuances.

Our tasting advice : The rosé should be served around 9°-12°C. It is ideally enjoyed with tuna or veal caparccio, paella, grilled meats, fish and seafood.
