Finca Pascualete mini 160g sheep's milk cake cheese

Soft cheese with a rounded shape, made with raw sheep's milk pressed by hand and with an artisan care in the traditional way. Its flavor is mild but very personal and persistent on the palate. It has hints of the countryside due to its vegetable rennet, and its very creamy, almost liquid texture, thanks to a continuous daily turning, which melts deliciously on the palate.
