For its preparation, first fry the onion with the bacon and oil. Once tender, add milk, water, chopped mojama, fish, spices and salt. Afterwards, it is cooked for 30 minutes at 90ºC. It is then sterilized to ensure that the mojama pâté is free of bacteria.

The mojama pâté comes in a glass jar with a quantity of 105 grams. Ready to spread and should be stored in a cool, dry place protected from the sun, specifically at a temperature between 0º and 4ºC. Once opened, the mojama pâté should be consumed within 3-4 days. This mojama pâté is perfect to enjoy on toasted bread
