Monovarietalis Arbequina is an extra virgin olive oil made with cold extraction and exclusively mechanical procedures.

It is part of Monovarietalis, a collection of Premium oils with which, every season, we present the earliest and most carefully crafted oils.

The oils in the Monovarietalis collection do not contain any additives. The different characteristics of each extra virgin simply vary because each oil is extracted from a different variety of olive and choosing its moment of harvest.

The extra virgin olive oil Arbequina from Monovarietalis is a medium fruity olive juice, balanced, with light bitterness and spiciness.
