WHITE WINE MONTE ODINA GEWURZTRAMINER:

This wine belongs to the D.O. Somontano. The grape variety used is 100% Gewürztraminer. The elaboration of this wine is made in several phases. First the grapes are harvested at night. Then de-stemming and crushing of the grapes and cooling to 10º C. Later the maceration of the must for 14 hours. And finally fermentation between 13º and 14º C.
