Vodka Moskovskaya is one of the first vodka brands in Russia, created in 1894 by the Russian state, which had a monopoly on vodka production in Russia.
Currently, it is manufactured by the Soyuzplodimport group and distributed by the SPI group.
Vodka Moskovskaya is obtained through triple distillation of grain alcohol, to which purified water and small amounts of bicarbonate and acetic acid are added.
Appearance: Vodka Moskovskaya has a clean, bright, and translucent color.
Aroma: On the nose, it presents great cleanliness and purity, with hints of white pepper and some balsamic resin or essential oils (eucalyptus).
Palate: On the palate, it is balanced, warm, and refreshing at the same time, with hints of brioche (grain) and a slightly spicy finish.
Depending on whether we use a carbonated or non-carbonated mixer, we will directly mix 30 ml of vodka with 30 ml or 40 ml of Sprite or SevenUp in a tall glass with ice. If we use lemonade or lemon juice, we can mix it in a shaker and then serve it in a cocktail glass.
Finally, we can garnish the glass with a lemon slice.
