As the vineyard is old and very old, the usual conduction of the vine is what we call "goblet". For this reason our harvests are carried out entirely by hand, without machines, in order to ensure the highest quality of the grapes

WINEMAKING:Cold maceration of the grapes for three to five days followed by flotation racking.

Alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 12ºC in stainless steel tanks for 10 days

TASTING NOTE:Visual phase:Straw-colored white with steely reflections, clean and bright. Fine bubbles that form a continuous and dynamic rosary, once on the surface it forms a persistent crown around the edge of the glass.

Smell phase: Varietal reminiscence of white flowers and lactic tones accompanied by aromas of fresh pastries (brioche).
