Varieties:

70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 7% Mazuelo and 3% Graciano

Winning:

Aging for 24 months in barrels made with selected oak in our cooperage. Prior to bottling, the wine is clarified with fresh egg whites. Once in bottle it will undergo a refining process for at least twelve months in our cellar.



Tasting Note:



  • View: it presents itself as a wine without evolution, purplish red with a homogeneous layer and barely translucent.

    • Nose: notes of fruit with accompanying red fruits in just the right seasoning and a very wide range of oak spices with none clearly dominating. Finishes the nose with subtle notes of toast and leather.

    • Mouth is a surprisingly friendly wine, sweet tannin and without edges, long run.
