Temporarily out of stock
Muga Torre
Multivarietal of Tempranillo, Mazuelo, and Graciano.
Fermentation always takes place spontaneously and naturally. The grapes ferment in wooden tanks without controlling the temperatures and native yeasts are used. The maceration can vary in duration, lasting up to 2 or 3 weeks.
Afterwards, the wine ages for 18 months in new French oak barrels from the Allier department. Before bottling, a light clarification is done using fresh egg white.
On the palate, it is powerful, highlighting the same aromas as on the nose, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity and with smooth and elegant tannins.
The finish is very long on the palate, leaving a feeling of fullness.
