Veggie capsules of a blend of soluble and insoluble plant fibers. Among the soluble fibers are oat bran, apple pectin, and grapefruit, and among the insoluble fibers are flaxseed meal and psyllium seed husks.

Multiple fiber formula (derived from powdered soluble fibers: Oat Bran (contains gluten), Apple Pectin, Grapefruit Pectin; powdered insoluble fibers: Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium Seed Husks. Veggie capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use

For adults, take two to six capsules per day with a glass of water, spread throughout the day, preferably away from meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for this product.
