Murua White 2018. Barrel fermented wine. 75 centiliters.
Finca de Murua is composed of 110 hectares of its own vineyards. This wine comes from a total of 3 hectares of low-yielding goblet-trained vineyards between 40 and 80 years old of native varieties such as Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha Blanca, authentic jewels located at the headwaters of different vineyards , cultivated as it was formerly done in Elciego and the rest of La Rioja Alavesa.Following a traditional process , the grapes are harvested by hand and the selection in the winery using an artificial vision machine of optical selection grain by grain. The wine fermented in new French and American oak barrels for 15 days. Once fermentation was completed, the wine was aged in the same barrels and on its lees for 9 months before being transferred to Murua's bottle racks.
