MUSHROOM WITHOUT TAIL

It is one of the most consumed mushrooms and there are two varieties: cultivated (Agaricus Bisorus) and wild (Agaricus Arvensis).

It stands out for its remineralizing and antioxidant properties, and also contains proteins that are easy to assimilate. It has a high water content and a great variety of minerals, among which Selenium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Potassium stand out. On the other hand, it has a low calorie content, so it is recommended in cleansing and slimming diets. As it contains healthy fats, it does not produce cholesterol.

Mushrooms easily absorb heavy metals and radioactivity so it is recommended to buy them cultivated and not collect them near roads and industries.   Also, if consumed wild should be checked that do not contain parasites, which are not contaminated and are not a poisonous species.
