Can Puig has been making bread, cakes and toasts since 1979, in a totally artisan way. Their secret is none other than using natural ingredients such as wheat flour, water, salt and brewer's yeast, three fermentations of the dough, a manual preparation, a first baking of the loaves in a wood oven, a day of rest, and baked again side by side without stacking.
