The nests of boletus tagliatelle are made of organic durum wheat semolina and boletus edulis (0.6%).
It is handcrafted in Spain following the original Italian recipe. This durum wheat semolina is extruded through bronze. It is slowly dried.
We recommend cooking these nests with a touch of pepper and boletus sauce (cream and boletus flour). It will not leave anyone indifferent.
