• Fresh nettle 30g

Directions for use:

Adults: take 10 ml of natural juice in the morning and at noon before meals, either pure or diluted in water, infusion, or fruit juice.

Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the dosing cup. Shake the bottle before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
