Natural dehydrated seaweed flakes from organic production, ideal for salads. Baked as an appetizer. Boiled in soups, creams, croquettes, pies, scrambled eggs, rice and stews.Preparation:To hydrate, soak in water with a little salt for 5 minutes. When hydrated they increase 4 times their dry weight.
