In a large heat-resistant stemmed glass, pour in the hot Nuciola. Then pour the hot coffee over the back of a small spoon, gradually lifting it up. This allows the coffee to not "sink" into the liqueur.
Then add the whipped cream, which will form the third layer. Sprinkle with hazelnut crumbs. Serve with a straw.
