Tasting notes: Wine to enjoy. Needs to be decanted. Modern, complex and elegant wine. Fruity, spicy and mineral reminiscences. Black fruits, pepper and pencil point stand out. Round, voluminous and balanced with very ripe tannin.

Ideal with cold meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, smoked meats and stews.
