The fruit of the Okitsu mandarin is of good size, seedless, rounded and flat on the sides. It is characterized by its very juicy orange pulp with a great aroma, its greenish skin that easily separates from the segments, and its low fructose level. Due to its good size and high juice content, they are suitable for both eating and juicing. It is an early variety with which we start the season, its harvest is short and it is usually collected when the fruit's peel is green. (We do not subject any of our fruits to artificial de-greening processes)
