Oleum Excelsus Reserva Familiar is presented in a transparent glass bottle of 500 ml, so that the consumer can appreciate the golden green color of this magnificent olive oil on site, and in a case to protect it from light and heat for its best preservation.

Oleum Excelsus, sourced entirely from century-old olive trees, reminds of green olives, its predominant note is tomato plant although it also reminds of banana peel and green almond, and to a lesser extent, artichoke. The depth of the green aroma transforms into an intense flavor of olive leaf.

The sensations of bitterness and spiciness present a very similar medium intensity, and in balance with the fruity.
