Oremus Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos is a sweet wine originating in Hungary. Aszú Wines combine tradition, innovation and excellence, and become sublime wines with their roots in a unique land. Aszú wine can only be elaborated in years of excellent harvests, when nature provides favorable climatic conditions for development, in the best conditions, of noble rot.
The 5 Puttonyos of the title refers to the number of carrycots (called Puttonyos) of UVA Aszú (the Grape raisined by Botrytis), of 25 kgs of capacity that are mixed in the tub with 136 liters of conventional white wine, which develops a slow Fermentation.
