Ecological alfalfa seeds, it is a variety grown and selected in the Vega de Granada, its use has always been linked to animal feed, although in recent years more and more people germinate them to consume the tender shoots in salads or as an accompaniment to other recipes. Another increasingly widespread use is to plant them with other plants in potted gardens, thus we fix environmental nitrogen in the substrate in addition to increasing biodiversity in our garden.
