Barley is a light and refreshing cereal. The outer skin has been removed so that it can be suitable for human consumption, which is why it is indicated as peeled barley.

Directions for use:

Rinse the barley grains and place them on the fire with two parts of cold water. When it starts boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and let it simmer for 45 minutes. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
