Tasting Note:

VISUAL: It has a slightly ocher yellow color with quite a lot of turbidity, really opaque. The foam is very white with large bubbles and good permanence (87)

OLFATIVE: The nose presents aromas of cereal, barley, lots of wheat, hops and yeast. We perceive a fruity character with hints of apricot and loquat, even a touch of citrus like tangerine

FLAVOR: In the mouth it is very creamy, milky, with a pleasant mouthfeel, with a slight touch first sweet and then bitter that makes it very palatable. The carbonic barely perceptible as well as its alcohol content. In retronasal we find notes of pastry cream and apricot notes. Medium persistence, about two minutes
