ORGANIC BUCKWHEAT 400G LA FINESTRA The buckwheat from La Finestra sul Cielo is very rich in nutrients and has an unmistakable flavor. Directions for use:

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place. Boil one portion of buckwheat for every two parts of water. Boil until the water is absorbed.
