DEHYDRATED ORGANIC WAKAME SEAWEED 30G MAR DE ARDORA Seasonal organic product, sustainably harvested, traditionally made in Galicia. Ingredients: Dehydrated wakame seaweed* (Undaria sp) at low temperature. (*) From Organic Agriculture. Instructions for use: -Dehydrated: Directly as a seasoning in salads, fish dishes, rice dishes?, baked as a snack or along with other savory appetizers, on canapés with cheeses or spreads. Once ground, as a finer texture seasoning or include them with flours of other products for homemade pasta, breading, among others. -Hydrated: Soak the seaweed in warm seawater (or slightly salted) for 5-10 min. Once hydrated, they increase 11 times their weight. Take directly as is, in vinaigrette or escabeche.
