Organic Sun-Dried Tomatoes from Puglia

The sun-dried tomatoes from Bio organic Italy are made exclusively through a process of outdoor sun drying, natural sanitization without chemicals. Subsequently, the tomatoes are treated with a very low percentage of salt, giving them a sweet and delicate flavor. The dried tomatoes are exclusively handpicked and processed a few hours after harvest, thus obtaining the unmistakable taste of fresh tomatoes.
