Green tea is produced in India, in the famous Darjeeling region, and is obtained only from organic crops, using only organic fertilizers. This tea is of the Green Broken Orange variety: it has an aromatic, slightly grassy, straw-yellow color. Green tea is not subject to fermentation, so it retains its natural wealth of antioxidants.
