Organic organic peach jam with 80% of fruit.
Marmelade elaborated in an artisanal way in bacina, not in concentration balls, no thickeners, no pectins, no gelling agents are added. Only 80% fruit, 20% of our unrefined Golden cane sugar and a few drops of lemon juice squeezed at the time, to reduce the PH of some fruits. You can see pieces of fruit, because we only use fruit pulp, not puree. Made following our grandparents' recipes without looking for commercial textures, with 100% organic ingredients. Bisphenol A (BPA) free lid.
