Visual phase: Rose wine, clear appearance, light tear. Medium intensity of a salmon color.
Smell phase: Clean nose, medium intensity (-) , with a marked character of white fruit type pear and red reminiscent of strawberries, light autolytic nuances of brioche type
Taste: On the palate it is dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium body (+) very well balanced overall. It is a delicate wine with a medium flavour intensity reminiscent of that white and red fruit with a final reminder of yeast. The finish is medium, with a great feeling of elegance.
