An organic olive oil of exceptional quality as it is made of green organic olives selected and collected in October by hand in boxes so as not to suffer the possible damage of trampling and contact with the ground and anything that may alter the quality that may arise from the same tree until it is milled. It is milled within 2 hours. The milling system is totally cold, at room temperature as the olives come from the tree. And with a system of cleaning and hygiene as careful as possible in our factory to avoid all kinds of quality alterations. All this results in a super premium oil of impeccable quality, with aromas of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato and a radiant organoleptic evaluation.
