Vegan chorizo
For those who choose not to eat sausages, the vegan chorizo from Ahimsa is the perfect option for not having to give up the tasty flavor of chorizo. Each box of Ahimsa vegan chorizo includes two chorizo sausages that you can eat either natural or baked, fried or grilled. They are delicious either way!
How to prepare the vegetable chorizo:
Cut the product into 1.5 cm thick slices (approx.).
In frying pan/griddle: Grease the frying pan and place over medium heat (100°C-115°C). When the oil is hot, add the product and cook for a minute and a half to two minutes on each side
In oven: Preheat the oven to 120oC (heat up-down + air). Lightly grease the surface of the product and place it on a baking tray in the middle position. Bake for 5 minutes.
Storage:
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours
